Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Vita! Das Haus ist fantastisch ausgestattet - der beheizte Innenpool und die Sauna waren absolut herrlich, besonders in der kühlen Jahreszeit. Die Sauberkeit war makellos und die geräumigen Wohnbereiche laden zum Entspannen ein. Das WLAN funktionierte größtenteils gut, nur gelegentliche Schwankungen. Der große Außenpoolbereich mit den Liegen war perfekt für sonnige Tage. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Frühstück hätten wir uns vorstellen können, aber die vollausgestattete Küche ermöglichte uns, alles selbst zu bereiten. Insgesamt eine Luxuserfahrung mit Familie und Freunden!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Vita! Die luxuriöse Ausstattung mit beheiztem Pool und Sauna war fantastisch – perfekt für unsere Familie mit Kindern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und die große Terrasse mit den Liegen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das WLAN funktionierte größtenteils zuverlässig. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber gerade das macht den Sichtschutz und die Ruhe so wertvoll. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
