Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Vita exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzi were absolute highlights—the kids spent hours enjoying them. The villa is impeccably clean and incredibly well-equipped with everything you could need. We loved hosting dinner on the furnished veranda and relaxing by the pool on sunny afternoons. WiFi can be spotty due to the location, but honestly, that just meant we disconnected more. The spacious living areas and abundance of activities kept everyone entertained. Highly recommended for groups looking for a luxurious, private retreat."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Vita! Der beheizte Innenpool war herrlich, besonders in den kühleren Abendstunden. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und geräumig, perfekt für unsere siebenköpfige Familie. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch, mit schönem Blick ins Grüne. Das WLAN funktioniert meist gut, nur gelegentliche Ausfälle. Die Ausstattung mit Sauna, Tischtennis und Grill hat uns begeistert. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!"
