Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Cara 1 exceeded our expectations for a family getaway. The heated pool was absolutely brilliant, especially with the jacuzzi on the terrace—the kids loved it. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped; we cooked several meals in the comfortable kitchen. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, we didn't mind unplugging. The privacy and seclusion were exactly what we needed. Staff was helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely return."

"Villa Cara 1 hat uns wirklich begeistert! Der beheizte Pool war herrlich, besonders die beiden Jacuzzis – einer auf der Terrasse, einer im Schlafzimmer. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und perfekt für unsere Familie mit 8 Personen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse mit Liegen zum Entspannen ideal. Das WLAN funktionierte meistens zuverlässig. Was uns besonders gefiel: der Sichtschutz bietet echte Privatsphäre. Einziger Wermutstropfen war gelegentliches Abbrechendes Internet, aber das ist verständlich in dieser Naturlage. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!"

"Villa Cara'da geçirdiğimiz hafta harika oldu. Havuz çok temiz ve ısıtılmış olması gerçekten güzeldi. Jacuzzi'ler hem rahatlatıcı hem de çocuklar için eğlenceliydi. Villa çok ferah ve iyi tasarlanmış, mutfak her şeyin bulunduğu ekipmanlarla donatılı. Personel çok yardımcı ve misafirperver davrandılar. Wifi bazen kesintili olsa da, bu doğal alan ortamında beklenir. Havuz etrafındaki terastan manzara muhteşemdi. Aile için mükemmel bir tatil deneyimi oldu, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim."

"Villa Cara 1'de harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Havuz gerçekten fantastik, ısıtmalı olması çok güzel. Jakuziler de müthiş, özellikle terastaki. Ev temiz ve ferah, oturma alanı çok rahat. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, yemek pişirmek kolay oldu. Wifi biraz zayıf ama doğa içinde olmamız yüzünden anlaşılır. Personel yardımcı ve kibar davrandı. Grill yapma alanı harika, akşam yemekleri orada çok güzel geçti. Fiyata değer, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim."
