Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Zeta 2 verbracht! Das Haus ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet – die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool war perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Liegen auf der Terrasse haben uns verwöhnt. Der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein echtes Highlight. Die Veranda mit Essplatz eignet sich hervorragend für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Das WLAN funktioniert größtenteils gut, nur ab und zu schwach. Sichtschutz vorhanden – sehr angenehm! Ein ruhiger, schöner Ort zum Abschalten. Gerne wieder!"

"Our stay at Villa Zeta 2 was absolutely lovely. The villa is perfectly designed for a small group, with a spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen. We spent most afternoons lounging by the pool, which was spotless and beautifully maintained. The privacy offered by the screening was fantastic. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a nice touch for relaxing evenings. WiFi worked reasonably well despite the remote location. The only minor issue was occasional weak signal, but honestly, that made it easier to disconnect and enjoy our holiday properly."

"Villa Zeta 2'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Havuz gerçekten çok güzel ve rahatlatıcıydı, her gün kullanmaktan vazgeçemedik. Yatak odasındaki jakuzi başka bir lüksü. Ev çok temiz ve konforlu, açık mutfak-oturma alanı ailece zaman geçirmek için mükemmel. WiFi biraz düşük bazen ama doğal alanında olduğu için anlaşılır. Veranda da harika, grill yapıp masada yemek yemek çok keyifliydi. Gizlilik için de duvarlar sayesinde rahattık. Herkese tavsiye ederim."

Der Pool war herrlich an heißen Tagen, und der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein echtes Highlight. Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens, hatte aber ab und zu Aussetzer. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und privat, perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit. Die Villa ist sauber und gepflegt. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

Der Pool und die Terrasse sind herrlich zum Entspannen, und der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein besonderes Highlight. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch mit schönem Sichtschutz. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens zuverlässig. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Netzverbindung brach manchmal ab. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Erfahrung und wir würden gerne wiederkommen!"
