Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"What a fantastic getaway! Villa Laviist exceeded our expectations. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of loungers, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind each evening. The villa itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a comfortable living space and fully equipped kitchen. WiFi worked reasonably well despite being in a remote area. The private terrace and covered veranda were ideal for our group of four, and we loved hosting a BBQ there. The only minor note is the WiFi can be patchy, but honestly, we didn't mind disconnecting. Highly recommend for a relaxing family break!"

"Villa Laviist'te harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Havuz çok temiz ve jacuzzi harika bir rahatlama imkanı sundu. Sauna ve diğer olanaklar gerçekten çok iyi. Konum harika, doğa içinde sakin bir yer. Personel çok yardımcı ve sorularımızı hemen yanıtladı. WiFi bazen zayıf olsa da, doğada olduğumuzu düşündüğümüzde anlaşılır. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, tüm pişirme araçları var. Çok rahat ve temiz bir yer, tekrar kesinlikle geleceğiz!"

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Laviist with our family. The villa was spotless and incredibly well-equipped—we loved the jacuzzi and sauna after long days out. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the covered terrace was ideal for evening meals. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, it forced us to disconnect and enjoy the peace. The spacious living area kept everyone happy indoors during an unexpected rainy afternoon. Highly recommend for a proper escape!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Lavi! Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool war herrlich, besonders die Liegen auf der Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Sauna und der Jacuzzi waren das Highlight für uns. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Veranda ideal für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Das WiFi funktioniert meist gut, nur gelegentlich schwächer. Die Lage in der Natur ist wunderbar ruhig. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Villa für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Familie!"

The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly didn't bother us much—we were there to relax anyway. The privacy and seclusion were perfect for a getaway. Highly recommend!"
