ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
Villa Callidora 1 is an ultra-luxury villa for 6 people. The villa boasts a unique sea view.
The villa offers many extras, such as a sauna, a cinema room, a French bathtub in one bedroom, and much more.
The nearest beach is only 2 km from the villa.
Inside the house, a spacious living room with an open-plan dining area welcomes you. Comfortable armchairs and sofas invite you to relax, read, or watch television (satellite reception).
The kitchen is well-equipped and features a gas stove and all essential appliances and utensils, including pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and more.
On the terrace surrounding the pool, you can soak up the sun on the loungers. Enjoy meals together and barbecues on the furnished veranda with a dining area.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. Please note that the connection may be weak or intermittent at times, as the villas are located in nature reserves.

Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.

From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Callidora'da geçirdiğimiz hafta harika oldu. Denize sadece 2 km uzaklıkta olan bu lüks villa gerçekten etkileyici. Manzara muhteşem, özellikle havuzun kenarından denizi seyretmek unutulmaz. Temizlik çok iyi, personel yardımcı ve güler yüzlü. Sauna ve sinema odası gibi ekstralar çok hoşuma gitti. Wifi bazen bağlantı kesiyordu ama doğal ortamda olunca anlaşılır. Pool harika, güneş altında rahatlamak için ideal. Aile tatili için mükemmel bir seçim oldu. Tekrar gelmek istiyorum."

"Villa Callidora'da geçirdiğimiz hafta harika bir deneyimdi. Deniz manzarası gerçekten nefis, her sabah balkondan bu güzelliği görmek priceless. Havuz temiz ve rahat, çocuklar bütün gün orada kaldı. Konumu da mükemmel, plaj sadece 2 km uzakta. Villa çok iyi tertip edilmiş, saunayla spa atmosferi yakaladık. Personel ilgili ve yardımcı oldu. Tek şikayetim wifi biraz zayıf ama doğa içinde olduğumuz için anlaşılır. Fiyata değer, tekrar gelmek isterdik."

"Villa Callidora exceeded our expectations for a luxury getaway. The sea views are absolutely stunning, and being just 2km from the beach was perfect. The pool area is gorgeous with plenty of loungers, ideal for relaxing afternoons. The sauna and cinema room were fantastic extras that really made it special. WiFi was a bit temperamental at times, but the staff was responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking our own meals, and the veranda was perfect for our evening gatherings. Highly recommend for families looking for a premium escape."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Callidora 1! Der Meerblick ist wirklich atemberaubend und der Pool war perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung ist luxuriös – besonders die Sauna und das Kinoraum haben uns begeistert. Die Lage ist ideal, nur 2 km zum Strand. Das WLAN war gelegentlich schwach, aber das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse ideal für Grillabende. Sehr saubere Villa mit allem, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
