  • Cancellation of the rental agreement is possible at any time before the start of the rental period and must be made in writing (by email to info@tuerkeivillaurlaub.de).The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply, as determined by the respective landlord:
  • Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.
  • From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Villa Lelita exceeded our expectations for a four-person getaway. The villa itself is spotless and well-equipped with everything you need. We loved lounging by the pool on the spacious terrace, and the jacuzzi in the bedroom was a nice touch. The location is perfect—just 2km from the beach and beautifully private. WiFi can be spotty due to the natural surroundings, but honestly, that meant more quality time together. The open-plan living area and fully stocked kitchen made self-catering easy. Highly recommend for a relaxing coastal escape."

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Lelita verbracht! Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer waren fantastisch – besonders nach langen Tagen am nur 2 km entfernten Strand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, perfekt zum Kochen. Das WiFi war manchmal schwach, aber dafür genossen wir die Ruhe in dieser naturnahen Lage. Die Terrasse mit den Liegen war unser Lieblingsplatz. Für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend Platz. Gerne wieder!"

"Villa Lelita'da harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Villa çok temiz ve konforlu, özellikle jacuzzili yatak odası çok hoşumuza gitti. Havuz terası güzel, güneşlenme için ideal. Mutfak iyi donanımlı, yemek hazırlamak kolay oldu. Plaj sadece 2 km mesafede, çok pratik. Wifi biraz zayıf ama doğanın içinde olduğu için anlaşılabilir. Gizlilik ve sessizlik harika. Ev sahibinin önerileri de çok yararlı oldu. Tekrar gelmek istiyoruz!"

"Villa Lelita'da harika bir hafta geçirdik. Ev çok temiz ve konforlu, havuz mükemmel. Yatak odasındaki jacuzzi eşimizi çok mutlu etti. WiFi biraz zayıf olabilir ama doğa içinde olduğumuz için anlaşılır. Plaj sadece 2 km uzakta, çok pratik. Terastan manzara harika, grillin tadı damağımızda kaldı. Sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. Her şey kusursuz, kesinlikle tekrar gelmek istiyoruz."

Der Pool war perfekt für die heißen Tage, und die Liegen auf der Terrasse sind super zum Entspannen. Das Jacuzzi im Schlafzimmer war ein tolles Highlight. Nur 2 km zum Strand – ideal für uns! Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Das WLAN funktionierte meistens, aber manchmal war die Verbindung schwach. Insgesamt eine großartige Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!"

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und wir haben mehrmals gegrillt – die Veranda ist dafür ideal. Der Strand ist wirklich nur 2 km entfernt. Das WLAN funktionierte größtenteils gut, nur gelegentliche Unterbrechungen. Die Privatsphäre durch den Sichtschutz war sehr angenehm. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub!"
