  • Up to 30 days before arrival: Amount of the agreed deposit.
  • From 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive. The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord incurred no damage or a lesser amount of damage. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Zena 2! Die Lage in der Nähe von Fethiye ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse waren absolut herrlich – wir haben viele entspannte Stunden dort verbracht. Die Villa ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Das offene Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und einladend. Der Sichtschutz garantiert Privatsphäre. Nur das WLAN war manchmal etwas schwach, aber das ist verkraftbar. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Zena 2! Die Lage in der Nähe von Fethiye ist einfach traumhaft, und der Sichtschutz sorgt für absolute Privatsphäre. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren herrlich erfrischend an den heißen Tagen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das WLAN funktioniert größtenteils zuverlässig, gelegentliche Schwankungen sind bei der ländlichen Lage verständlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist praktisch und vollständig. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken und grillabends in entspannter Atmosphäre zu verbringen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!"

"Villa Zena 2'de harika bir hafta geçirdik. Fethiye'ye yakın konumu çok pratik, sessiz ve sakin bir bölgede yer alıyor. Havuz ve jacuzzi muhteşem, özellikle akşam jacuzzi'de oturmak çok rahatlatıcı oldu. Villa temiz ve iyi bakımlı, tüm gerekli eşyalar mevcut. Wifi biraz zayıf olabilir ama doğa ortamında beklenen bir durum. Terasta ailece oturma ve yemek yeme deneyimi unutulmaz. Dört kişi için ideal, herkese tavsiye ederim."

"Villa Zena 2'de harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Fethiye'ye yakın konumu çok pratik, doğal bir ortamda sakin ve huzurlu. Havuz başında güneşlenirken jacuzzi'de rahatlamak harika bir deneyim oldu. Villa temiz ve düzenli, mutfak iyi donanımlı. WiFi biraz zayıf olabilir ama doğanın içinde olmaktan şikayet yok. Aile için mükemmel bir seçim, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Zena 2! Die Lage in der Nähe von Fethiye ist perfekt, und der Blick auf die Umgebung ist einfach herrlich. Der Pool und vor allem der Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse waren absolut fantastisch – ideal zum Entspannen nach langen Tagen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das WiFi funktioniert meist gut, nur manchmal hatte es kleine Schwächen. Wirklich ein gelungener Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen würden!"
